We contacted Home Team for a boiler installation quote. From our initial enquiry, they contacted us the same day, and arranged for an engineer to come round. Within two days of our enquiry we were sat with an engineer discussing our options about where to have a new boiler fitting. He was professional and very knowledge in the services and products available. He shared his own experience with boilers and gave us sound advice. He gave us options and suggestions and was very friendly throughout the conversations....

A great service from the team – from advice on which boiler was best for us, right through to the day of installation and beyond. Russell came to visit us twice to ensure that our replacement boiler would fit with the plans for our new kitchen. Before we even gave the go-ahead for the work nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the installation Darren and his colleague were great – clean, tidy, polite and patient with our very excited Labrador! Helen provided prompt and efficient responses to all our questions before and after the installation. An all round excellent service from a local team!

Rob and Harvey did a fantastic job in fitting our new boiler into a different room. They were very professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would also recommend home team for the prompt service and advice which was given.
